The term virtual server can also refer to a method of hosting that
uses virtual machines. In addition, it can signify a Web hosting service
where more than one Web server with the same address is hosted in one
discrete physical machine. To make things even more complicated, virtual
servers can refer to a method of port forwarding that is used by routers
within the same building to redirect networking requests.
